Our experienced clinicians provide evidence-based upper limb assessment and rehabilitation to help you maximise your recovery.
We use formal assessments, clinical experience and holistic assessment of your abilities, combined with models of retraining to support your cognitive recovery. We also optimise cognitive skills and supports for those living with mild cognitive impairment, ADHD or with short term memory changes.
We work with you and your support network to identify the activities that mean the most to you. Using extensive clinical experience in neurology and other clinical areas, we analyse your activity participation and provide retraining to support you in achieving your goals.

Sarah has over 15 years' experience in neurological Occupational Therapy in Perth's tertiary and large hospitals. Sarah worked across many clinical areas before pursuing her passion in acute and sub-acute stroke and ABI rehabilitation. Sarah established a stroke outpatient Occupational Therapy service and continues to practice in the stroke OT services in one of Perth's largest hospitals. In addition, Sarah has supported patients with a range of neurological conditions including Parkinsons Disease, Dementia, Motor Neuron Disease and Functional Neurological Disorder.
Sarah has done extensive additional training in stroke and ABI therapy including Bobath concept training, Constraint Induced Movement Therapy, spasticity management, sensory retraining, cognitive intervention, evidence-based upper limb, and Assessment of Motor and Process Skills courses.
Sarah has completed two clinical research projects and delivered clinical training to staff, both of which have contributed to quality service delivery. Sarah continues to strive towards the delivery of high-quality neurological intervention at all stages of patient's journeys. It is Sarah's compassion and passion for neurological recovery that enables her to truly connect with patients and support them in making holistic gains.
